Can I get same-day delivery outside Dubai?
Currently same-day express delivery is available in Dubai only (orders before 2:00 PM). For Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, next-day delivery is our fastest option. We're working on expanding same-day coverage to other emirates.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched you'll receive an SMS and email with a live tracking link. You can also log in and check your order status under "My Orders" at any time.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes! COD is available across all UAE emirates. A small AED 5 COD handling fee applies. Have exact change ready. Age verification at delivery is still required.
Why was my order returned without delivery?
Vaping products are age-restricted (18+) in the UAE. If our courier cannot verify the recipient's age via valid government-issued ID, the package must be returned. Ensure the receiving person is 18+ with ID ready.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Contact our support within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we deliver within UAE only. International shipping is not available due to customs restrictions on vaping products in many countries. We hope to expand in the future.
